I can’t compare it to much else, but it tastes smoother and FAR less artificial than Starbucks’ hazelnut, if that helps.IDK why Amazon asked how “giftable” this is; it’s a bag of ground coffee, and nothing else. Stuff it in a mug, if you plan to gift it.

I got this for my brother who isn’t that into coffee. I’d say it’s the best out of the cheap brands. You get a lot of coffee and it tastes fine. There’s nothing extravagant about it.

Love the flavor
I was never a big coffee drinker and hated that everyone around me drank it. I think it was because I never had the right kind or could mix it well, or what I was mixing it with. I found this stuff from a roomate back in 2015 and I was hooked. I use this and vanilla creamer and BAMM, been my morning drink ever since . I only do a cup in the morning, but that’s good enough for me. It’s very mild and that’s why I love it. I always hated that strong bitter taste. It also has a unique taste that average coffee drinkers at the office make fun of me for, but whateves. I guess it smells like maple syrup. Anyways, if you like a coffee with a sweet taste, or mild taste, I’d recommend trying this out. If you want something stronger this may not be for you.

Smells Amazing
I bought this coffee because I love Kahlua. It has an great aroma and makes my house smell very good. However, the taste is lacking. It doesn’t have much of it’s own flavor. It really is the creamer that makes the coffee. I made it good and strong because I was really wanting to taste the difference but it still ended up tasting much like water.

It smells so delicious I could just carry the bag around and smell it all day long
I bought this as a gift for the mother of my Colombian gf. As you know a lot of coffee comes from Colombia, and a lot of it is grown in a region not far from where we live. I just gave it to her mom today, so I haven’t heard back yet how she likes it. However, when I received this Kahlua coffee and took a whiff of it, I very nearly kept it for myself. It smells so good I was driving down the street and smelling the bag, where the little scent hole is. I pulled it out to smell a few more times before I finally gave it to her mom.Her mom had been keeping my motorcycle inside her house while I was visiting the states, so I really wanted to give her something to say thanks. Since she’s a coffee drinker and this particular coffee is not available here (that I have seen) I figured this would be good. If she hadn’t been watching my motorcycle, I would have just kept this coffee for myself. I really wish I had bought two though so I could try it out. It smells so delicious. The next time I visit the states I’ll be getting some for me and the gf!Thinking about it now I wish I HAD kept this coffee for myself and just bought her mom some of the many gourmet coffee options available here. She normally just drinks the cheap stuff anyways (think Colombian version of Folgers) so she would have been happy with that. Dang it I wish I had thought of that earlier 🙁

Pretty Good Vanilla Coffee; Prefer Light Roast, Though …
If you read my other reviews, you know I have been searching for a vanilla-flavored coffee since Gevalia no longer makes one. “White House Coffee Kahlua Gourmet Ground Coffee, Vanilla” came close, but was not quite good enough to select as my replacement coffee. The flavor was slightly artificial but was acceptable as it was not “fake”. The coffee is a medium roast which resulted in a darker, more robust coffee than I like. Nevertheless, I will not turn down a cup of this coffee. The quest for a vanilla coffee continues …

Kaluha versatility
I love this coffee and use it straight when making a pot of coffee and it’s delicious. Though I prefer a milder brew I can get that by using less in the coffee making basket. But I have mixed it ground with other coffee’s in a separate jar, like with an Irish coffee bean that I grind. You can also use it when making cake’s or muffin’s. Really nice flavor and reminds me of Tiramisu cake. Great product!

This coffee is absolutely delicious! Is my first time trying it. My one and only complaint is that it’s a bit pricey at $18+ for 11 oz. But I probably will purchase again. It’s that good!
