This was so hard to find during baking season
The grocery stores were out of this product during baking season, and I found it online. The cost was good and you received so much of it. The taste as good the quality is good I actually divided what I had among several people.

Fresh, fragrant, potent, delicious!
I’ve tried a cpuple different brands, but I haven’t found one to be as fresh, fragrant and potent as this brand. I only wish it was organic. I’m on my second bag. I add about 1/4 tsp to my tea, and having a more potent flavor makes a big difference.

Husband diagnosed with mild hypertension he have been researching for something natural found site says use this for a few months in favorite drink or food his pressure did go down some will it stay down after a few months only time will tell great smell and taste he uses a 1/4 teaspoon a day no side effects that he is aware of

I’ve added this to so many recipes that didn’t even call for it and it elevates the flavor and gives a richness. I didn’t care for packaging so stored it in a glass jar with lid to keep fresh. In my little town it was impossible to find cardamom so I will be ordering more.

Bought as an allergy replacement for cinnamon
Bought this as an allergy replacement for cinnamon. Great product. It made the best cinnamon rolls ever!!! It came in a Mylar bag so no damage and it was fresh as far as I could tell. The smell is amazing and I use it for replacing cinnamon in recipes.

Taste great – watch out for bp drop
I drink a1/3 of a teaspoon in my coffee every day. I check my bp before and 20 min after my coffee. No joke my bp dropped not much but noticeable. It has a great flavor, be careful with the dosage or better – Talk to your Doctor before using!

Good quality and fresh, but not what I expected
I have never used ground cardamom before, so I didn’t know what to expect. The product was fresh, and had a peppery tang to it similar to black pepper.I thought it would be a powder that would dissolve in water, but that is my fault for not knowing anything about the ground spice and not taking the time to process ground versus powered on the label. It is ground as it says, not powedered, making it difficult to get it suspended into water and into my mouth before sinking to the bottom of the cup. Again, that is my fault for not carefully reading the label, However, I mention it here, so that if anyone else’s thinks it will dissolve it into hot water, it won’t.Since it doesn’t dissolve as I expected, I might try what I have in some cake/cookie recipe. I think it would be delicious.This was a quality product. I am happy to have experienced this spice. I look forward to using in other ways than I first intended.

THE BEST CARDAMOM POWDER out there.
Very flavorful and fresh. My usage (for the most part) is limited to making a cup of chai and I have tried tons of cardamom powders in the market but this one really brings out the cardamom flavor. The flavor stands out even in the milk-based desserts that I have made.

Flavorful and aromatic ground cardamom
This is hands down the best ground cardamom I have ever purchased. The color is rich, unlike the anemic looking stuff from the grocery store. I love adding cardamom to my coffee or tea and in various Indian recipes. This cardamom has a strong, fresh aroma and the taste is the best I’ve ever had. I ran out of my spice island brand cardamom, which I thought was premium stuff, but it doesn’t hold a candle to the quality of this cardamom. When I am in need of spices, I will definitely order from company again!

Excellent genuine cardamom powder!
I’ve used a lot of cardamom powder in my cooking and baking over the years, and I usually grind the seeds from the whole pods. I decided to switch to pre-ground for convenience, but had a bad experience with another brand. This is my second time buying pre-ground cardamom powder (first time with this brand), and my faith in pre-ground spices is restored!I see no difference between this product and the aroma and taste of the powder I grind myself, except that this powder is smoother than when I grind the seeds myself (and I prefer it smoother because it mixes better). The packaging is an airtight ziploc-style bag that can stand up in your pantry. The price is reasonable for the quantity and the high quality. BUY this!
