Look nice, and are great to drink from.
The Muldale Set of 4 Crystal Coffee Glasses – Glass Mugs for Hot Drinks with Handles in a presentation box with thick foam inside.Unfortunately even though it had thick foam in a side one did arrive smashed loads of broken shards in the box.Obviously this is not the sellers fault, but a handling problem.Unfortunately I don’t have a full set of coffee glasses, but that’s fine as it’s only me that drinks coffee anyway so 3 is enough for me.But as for the cofee glasses themselves they are shaped quite nice, and they are how easy to hold.They also have a nice design, and the cystal is quite thick.Overal, I have no complaints with the quality of these glasses they do exactly what they claim, and are great to drink out of.โญโญโญโญ

Nice, Heavy Glasses
These are nice, quick thick glass and the cut glass style is very effective. There are some visible joins on my set, one running through the handle and another close to it. Not immediately noticeable but is there.Weโre using them for coffees and they do look nice. Not being an expert in the differences between glass and crystal I canโt say with authority that they definitely are crystal, but the glass is quite thick and heavyweight. They have a vintage style about them which makes them feel a little timelessThe presentation box makes me think these maybe sold as a gifting item. Thereโs something in me that doubts whether they are crystal.. but donโt take my word for it on that. Theyโre pretty things.. if you like the look.

Absolutely beautiful set
They say hot drinks taste better out of glass mugs. I suspect this may be more psychological than anything else, but I do personally find it a more enjoyable experience.These crystal glasses are beautifully made, well designed and of excellent quality. They arrived neatly packaged in a lovely presentation box, feel very durable and are, thankfully, dishwasher safe. These will be remaining with me as a proud addition to my kitchen cabinets, but would equally make a great gift for someone. High calibre product from a UK-based company.

Cup broken
These cups are beautiful and size of cups is good. But package received fine but when open found one cup broken which was so disappointing. On further request to the seller didnโt get back any response yet. Dishwasher and microwave safe. Price is bit high. Need to pack more carefully to avoid damages and quick response is needed.

These feel like lead cut crystal
These really are beautifully shaped glass mugs. As advertised, they would be suitable for mulled wine, hot chocolate, lattes or fresh herbal tea.Its fantastic that these come from a small British company. They have a weight of quality about them and would make a lovely gift. Sadly one of the set I ordered was smashed on delivery, although the internal box included padding. Maybe a fragile sticker on the external box would be useful. I would order these again as I feel they represent good value.

Lovely mugs, poor protection in box
I was very disappointed that two of the four mugs were broken on delivery which was down to the inadequate protection in ther box, it was a very nice box but the foam just didnโt protect the mugs. Putting that aside I really liked them in use, I had a late and it looked brilliant, the mug also kept it warmer than I would have expected. The glass is very thick as you can see from the broken mugs, nice design and very well weighted on the bottom. They would make an excellent gift. My only criticism, is the seam on the glass just below the handle, but itโs not really noticeable and in use you canโt feel it. The rim of the mug is very nice in use, much thicker that I expected when I ordered the set for review. I gave the set five stars because I really liked the in use, Iโm sure you will two as long as you get the set undamaged.

What a shame… one smashed in the box due to poorly designed foam packing around the glasses
It seems obvious that there is a layer of missing foam (see photo), which would then hold the four glasses in place, without it, the glasses can bounce about and knock each other. The box is held together with a paper sleeve to stop the lid coming off, but it is a waste of time without the correct packaging inside the box!The product description is not accurate, these are not ‘cut crystal’. these are created with a mould, tell tale sign is the seams in three places, which you can feel and see -cut glass would not have these seams and would cost four times as much. The foam packing is also another sign these are very cheap, it would be three times thicker. I had a collection of cut glass and the packaging was OTT robust.They can be used for hot drinks, so they must be high borosilicate heat resistant glass or tempered glass, but the packaging doesn’t tell us which. I would love to know where these are made – there is a marketing clue on the fancy box, ‘designed in England’ …. but not made in England?ยฃ8.50 each = overpriced. The three glasses I have left are useable, but they are ugly, they will be pushed to the back of the cupboard.UPDATE – just went to make coffee in one of the three remaining and found a crack in the rim, so that one is no use either…UPDATE – The two remaining mugs both wobble!

Really nice set
I have just moved house and was looking for some nice tea/ coffee cups. I seen these and they come in a set of 4 which is great. I love anything crystal to me it instantly looks more expensive than what it is. Which these do as well.They came well packaged in a lovely box which means they could be gifted if needs be or just stored and brought out on occasions. They are utterly lovely. The finish on them is beautiful, they are a good nice thick glass and they just look lovely. They are such good quality. I have really enjoyed drinking my cuppa out of these. Great for the price I will definitely be buying another set to match these ones Iโm super happy with them. Great quality for a really good price.

ย Beautiful glasses, thick cut, and a lovely size.Come in a lovely gift box, however 2 of mine arrived smashed, so I would suggest bubble wrap around the cups or thicker polystyrene might be an idea.Video attached.
