interesting spread
This spread is tasty! We tried it on some sugar cookies, and it was good – not overly sweet but adds a caramel flavor. It’s quite thick, like a thick peanut butter kind of texture. It’s made in Turkey, interestingly. Does not require refrigeration. It was fun to try this and we’ll continue to experiment with it!

Caramel deliciousness
This is a perfect caramel spread with a bit of cinnamon in it. Tastes great on toast, bagels, cookies and as a dip for apples. So yummy, I’ve loved stroopwafels for years and I never knew I could just get the caramel spread so I can enjoy it with other things too. I’m so happy I found this.

Versatile and delicious
This is a very, very thick caramel spread with just a touch of a cinnamon flavor. It is one of those products that you don’t realize you need until you taste it and then you can’t leave it alone. It makes a toasted morning bagel the bomb – especially if you have an apple cinnamon one. The minute it touches the warmed surface it starts to melt into a gooey, similar to honey consistency. If you are into dessert pizzas it takes them over the top when you spread a little on the hot crust before your toppings. Definitely a five star product and will make sure I keep a jar on hand as so many uses and much more flavorful than just plain caramel syrup.

Mr. Waffle Dutch Caramel Spread is a delicious way to make a plain piece of toast taste extra special. The 13oz jar holds a thick spread that is textured with caramelized biscuits. The spread has a rich and inviting aroma and when paired with my morning challah toast added a tasty sweet flavor with distinct notes of caramel and earthy and spicy notes of cinnamon. The texture and flavor of the spread reminded me of cookie butter. It can also be paired with pancakes, waffles, cakes, cupcakes, and sliced apples. The spread is made with vegetable oil (palm, cotton, canola, sunflower), egg, glucose-fructose syrup, butter, sugar, emulsifier (soy lecithin), modified corn starch, salt, riser (sodium hydrogen carbonate), moisturizer (sorbitol, flavorings), herbal oil (palm, cotton, canola, sunflower), skimmed milk powder, and cinnamon. The manufacturer notes that it contains gluten, egg, lactose and soy. It may contain traces of nuts. If you have an allergy to any of these foods, please be aware. The product does not require refrigeration. It was Produced in Istanbul, Turkey. The product that I received has a best by date of 7 months from the date that I received it. It is a tasty spread that can be paired with a myriad of foods.

The color is consistent throughout, and the smell is wonderful, caramel and rich.Installation/setup: Open jar and eat. Spread on toast, any dessert, or eat with a spoon.Final thoughts: This is delicious spread, it tastes like stroopwafels all ground up and turned into a paste. The paste is thick and spreads well. I had it on buttered toast for breakfast. I would eat it with a spoon all at once, but I’m trying to be good lol. Very tasty!
This spread is delicious! I definitely get more of a “cookie butter” flavor over a true caramel flavor, but I’m not upset about it. This is a THICK spread, and spreads much better once it’s being spread on a warm baked good, but cold/room temp it’s a little difficult to spread. But all in all, this is a great edition to my pantry, especially on morning waffles!

More like a crunchy cookie butter
This reminds me of TJ’s Speculoos. Mr. Waffle Dutch Crunchy Caramel Spread has bits of biscuits/cookies in them. It has a texture very similar to crunchy peanut butter. It is thick. It will stick to the roof of your mouth. It is on the sweeter side and goes well on toast, or with chocolate or ice cream, and even as a dip for apple slices. The tartness and crispness of an apple is a great contrast to the crunch and sweetness of this spread. The biscuit/cookie flavor is dominant with only a mild caramel taste.

This Mr. Waffle Dutch Caramel Spread tastes very good. Very much like a Stroopwaffel or Speculoos with a bit of caramel. It’s very sweet. It’s thick but spreads well. I nice enhancement to toast or crackers, as pairing it with something with some salt is lovely. One star off for the price though. It’s about double what I’d be willing to pay.

Great spread though less caramel-y than expected
I love a good stroopwafel, so I was excited to give this dutch caramel spread a try! The consistency is similar to that of peanut butter or cookie butter, and spreads easily. It does have less of a caramel flavor than I expected though. Still a great flavor, though probably closer to the wafel than the inner caramel filling. It’s perfect for spreading on cookies, or melting and drizzling on brownies or ice cream. Lots of possibilities for this!

Very rich
I do like it but its richer than I expected. Not sure what I will use it for, probably mostly just on some toast. Could be pretty good on like a cinnamon raisin bagel or something similar too. Spreads easy enough but is a bit firm, so I dont think itll go well on soft bread un-toasted.

Mr. Waffle Dutch Caramel Spread arrived quickly and in good condition. I appreciated the glass jar: I much prefer glass over plastic.The “spread” smells nice and looks smooth, but it’s much too thick to actually spread. It tastes ok, but to me it tastes more like “cookie butter” and not caramel spread. It does have the smell that reminds me of stroopwafel, but the taste (for me is off).It’s a nice product, but I guess it’s not quite what I expected.

This spread is delicious. It is also very sweet, in my opinion. It tastes great on toast or an English muffin. I also spread it on graham crackers, which was even better. It’s kind of expensive, but does make for a nice treat or a gift.

Delicious
This stuff is wonderfully delicious! I use it on apples and on my breakfast toast. It’s very versatile! It has a cookie and caramel flavor that’s really unique and tasty, something you’ll have to resist just eating straight from the jar. I’m looking forward to trying this in some baking next, perhaps some waffle dutch caramel cookies. Yum!

Um, yum. I really enjoyed this. It’s a rich and flavorful caramel spread that is perfect for … anything? It has a smooth, creamy texture and a buttery caramel taste that is not quite as sweet as just caramel. It is super thick so spreads well on toast, or pancakes. I also like to lightly warm it up and drizzle on ice cream. Or, let’s be honest, just eat it by the spoonful … sometimes with whip cream on top!

Absolutely delicious!
I assume you can use this on a variety of foods. Such as toast,pancakes, fench toast,waffles, graham crackers,etc. However,I just eat it straight from the jar with a spoon. 😂 It tastes absolutely amazing. The caramel,paired with the waffle flavor is out of this world. I also taste hints of cinnamon as well. The texture is thicker,but it melts in your mouth. This stuff is sooooooo delicious!!!

Smells and tastes great
This is a very nicely flavored caramel spread. It is thick and more like an frosting than the ice cream caramel that I am used to. We tried it on sugar cookies, just spreading a little on top of each cookie and it gave a good and sweet taste with a not super strong, but good caramel taste. I have also put it between graham crackers and it worked well again. Great taste and a little goes a long way.
