Love the flavor and aroma
A very satisfying cup of dark roast. Love the bold flavor. It would be a perfect dark roast product for me if not because it’s grind size is coarser than I like. It seems more suited for press pot

Wasn’t pre-ground
I love this coffee so there was nothing wrong with the coffee itself, other than the fact that it says it came pre-ground and it wasn’t. I kept them stored away for sometime until I bought a grinder.

Very good
Very good coffee. Not quite as smooth as I’d like but I’m not a huge coffee drinker. Makes a good cold brew

Terrific Coffee
I didn’t receive my coffee yet, but my son sent me some before as a gift. If you love dark roast coffee, than you’ll love this.

“Truth in Advertising was Never More Relevant”…
The wife ordered this “Bleu” (darker roast) with notes of cocoa, macadamia and sweet cream.I used my Breville Burr Grinder at the maximum “coarse” setting for percolator/filter coffee. Then I used filtered water in my Bonavita coffee maker. “My oh my”…I picked up the cocoa chocolate goodness which wasn’t quite on the bold dark chocolate level. The soft nuttiness of macadamia was there as well but the soft creaminess was evident also. There is nothing sour or bitter here. It is listed as a “darker roast” and I support that also as it wasn’t quite as robust as an Italian roast, but it closer to a French roast in its boldness I think.Once in a while you come across a next level coffee roaster and they are that. Philz has blown our hair back before with some of their offerings and La Colombe is joining that party. It is listed as ORGANIC on the box and coming from Honduras, Nicaragua and Peru. I have enjoyed coffees from these regions in the past.Do yourself a favor and “sniff in” on a box of these java beans.
