Chipped
I ordered a similar set awhile back and it was out of stock. This set was suggested and I purchased it. I have to say, shipping was fast as always. The cups are nice a heavy. The only problem I have with it is that there were 2 cups that were chipped at the lip when I received it. I wanted to return it and get another set but I needed it badly so I kept the ones that were unscathed and threw the 2 that were chipped. I would buy this set again if I need more but definitely return it if some are chipped.

I like the Size of these. I will start by saying that I had to return my first batch as many arrived chipped. After a year, one has broken and one has chipped. We do use them alot though, but feel like they should still last longer.

Good product for the price
I like the style of these cups. My only problem is that half have chipped around the mouth. We have to be careful as to where we drink from . The only good thing is that they had a clean break. The ones that didn’t break right away are great!

Kook? Me or the mug?
I love drinking coffee in glass mugs. This fit perfectly until I started putting them in the dishwasher. Every time I take out washer, I find one chipped. It seems to only chip around the rim. Have to throw away so I don’t cut myself. A bit of let down bc the price was a bit high.

Minus 1 star for being packaged in styrofoam – molded paper packaging works great and styrofoam shouldn’t be a thing anymore. Also I’m not a fan of the large logo “Kook” on the bottom of the glass. It’s just so omnipresent when you’re drinking it off these mugs. Kook is Hawaiian slang for a disrespectful and dangerous surfer, but even if it had no meaning it’s just annoying. Other than that they are great sturdy mugs. Great size.

Nice for parfaits!
I previously owned glasses similar to these in which we love making parfaits which are also beautiful in a clear glass. Over the years, most of mine have been broken, and I found these at a good price. The first box had a few that were chipped and they sent me another shipment which was fine. The only downside is that these seem to be made out of a different kind of glass that will easily chip if bumped up against anything hard where my other ones would not. But, they are worth the cost by all means, and I am satisfied.

One heckin’ tough wedding gift.
I don’t recommend purposefully chucking these mugs but they sure are tough. I bought a set for a bestie’s bridal shower, and in a month’s time was visiting her at her new home and having coffee with her in these. Well, my fool of a Took self knocked my mug over, it fell two feet, hit the floor, and …. Nothing, it was fine. We laughed and cleaned up coffee and kept having fun. 1000/10, definitely want some for myself one day so bestie can return the favor and knock one over too.

easy to crack
first shipment arrived with one cracked. replacement came and samething, one was cracked. I didn’t return it this time. And two months later, I am down to only 2 glasses left because they were very easily cracked. One time even when hot water was poured in and it cracked, brand new out of box. And when dishwashing, it cracked when the cycle was over. I love the look but I can’t afford to lose one every 2 weeks.Will shop for another brand.

Nice but Chip easily
It’s a nice size but chips easily. Company provided me with a replacement for one of them but two weeks in, two more chipped and went into trash. They’re not cheap so I would expect a betta quality.

These are the best quality mugs available on line at a reasonable price. There was a minor manufacturing defect on one of the mugs which was replaced couple of days after I emailed the photo of the defect to the kook’s help line email.

Nice coffee mugs
I bought these for my wife for Mother’s Day and she really likes them. We had some similar mugs that were 1 Oz larger (16 Ozs), but they didn’t hold up to the dishwasher and got “cloudy” looking. These stay nice and clear and the price was the best I could find.

Great Coffee Mugs!
I love the feel of these mugs. I do put them in the microwave….a cup full of water for two minutes. I wouldn’t go longer than that! I also love that I do not need a coaster to sit these on because of their pedestal. They are pretty no matter what drink you put into them. I did have one chip. They go with everything. Really nice cups!

Great cups, one arrived chipped so they replace them with another order that came with a chipped cup, good thing I waited to return the other cups to switch out the broken one otherwise I would have been really pissed having to exchange them, yet again

Love, love these glass coffee cups
These glasses are so sturdy. Easy to hold, but solid. They are such good quality. I feel so rich and elegant drinking my French press coffee in these. I have washed these in my dishwasher, and they are holding up just fine. I would definitely buy these again. I really liked the Thank You card enclosed in the box. They were professionally packaged. You will not be disappointed.

Just received my set of mugs and love them. I was very worried about glass mugs being sent thru the delivery system but these mugs were carefully contained in a two part syrofoam case and were delivered in perfect condition!!!! They are the perfect size and weight without being too heavy and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is tired of their old mugs!

These are terrific. They hold just the right amount of tea and keeps it hot. I like to serve things in attractive containers. These mugs are a pleasure for the eyes and have a great feel in your hand. Very easy to wash especially since my partner does the dishes.

Espresso drinks especially layered mocha drinks look good in clear glass mugs. I bought this mug package for the asthetics.The downside, one chipped in the base on the very first use. One chip out of six (6) mugs is not enough for me to return or whine.The look good and have a large capacity.
