This is my mom’s favorite type of coffee creamer. She had no luck finding it in her local stores, so I’ve ordered it twice from Amazon. The boxes arrive quickly, and the creamer is always fresh. It makes my mother very happy.

Massive amounts of leakage, very late delivery
Package was delayed several days, eventually arrived wrapped in USPS packaging even though it was delivered by (supposedly) UPS. In the 5 minutes i took to get to it there was already a small puddle of creamer by the door. After opening it there is massive amount of leakage and the contents were extremely hot. It is currently 105F here and it was only at the door under 5 minutes, as long as it took to get downstairs once receiving the delivery sms. The product is likely fine to start with, used the brand before, the shipping is absolutely not, avoid.It also does not seem to be eligible for any kind of refund or return.

Had to throw away over half of the cream pods.Containers were leaking, when I opened the boxcream was all on the inside and the containerswere sticky.. Gross

Clumpy
They work for what they’re made for. Every single one is clumpy like small bits of cottage cheese in it as where other brands don’t have that issue. Definitely won’t be reordering these.

Crushed product
I received the box on Saturday but didn’t open it right away. I just wanted to put it in my cupboard and didn’t need the creamers immediately.Today (Monday) I opened the box and it was STICKY. A good portion of the packets have been crushed and/or are leaking all over the place. The flimsy paper that was supposed to secure the package inside the box was stuck to the bottom of the box. My house smells like hazelnut now because it was just one big sticky mess.This product is not able to be returned. I am SOOO disappointed! I received a box of these before and they were fine.UPDATE (Wednesday): Amazon refunded the money today, so I added a star. I’m debating whether to try reording them. It seems that, judging by the reviews, most people receive the package okay as I did the first time. A smattering of people also experienced damaged product, though. I’ve had a 50/50 experience so far. Hmm….. I love the creamers and the price is great.

This was just what we were looking for our office. I also like that it does not need refrigeration. The seller did a great job with labeling the box fragile. I think it made a difference in shipping. CAN’T OPEN ALL THE WAY!
I found out that the little peel-away top would only slightly peel off. It’s a small thing, but to me..it’s a hassle to try open and try to por through the small opening. I honestly don’t think I will purchase through this seller anymore.

Product over pakaging
These coffee creamers were exactly what I ordered. Perfect for home or travel. only issue is packaging. I ordered two cases. One perfect packaging. Not so much box #2- packets broken or punctured. Horrible mess. Had to clean packets by hand. Would still buy again, just hope better care is takenl.

Great price for great flavor
Ive always enjoyed the flavor. Only issue i have with this package is there was leakage in the box. I ended up having to check every single one to find the broken, leaking one, and had to find 3 different containers to store all of them. Never found a broken one. I think somehow during packaging, a broken one leaked the creamer liquid into my box.

Gooey mess !!!
Both boxes arrived looking great…on the outside !!! Tip off was the boxes were sticky. Long story short…I had to empty the contents in the bath tub…rinse them off and hand dry them. Not a fun job…….

Creamer pods were leaking
I have ordered these coffee creamers multiple time with out any issues. This last time the inside of the box and pods were all sticky where some of the pods leaked. It was just a mess. There was no damage done to the box so I am not sure why some were leaking.

Enjoyable!
I bought these for a large residential retirement center because the cannot get flavored creamer. I also bought this in memory of my nephew as a gift for the residents in memory of him since he passed recently & I would rather gift these wonderful ppl something they can enjoy instead of flowers To my nephew that would have been gone too soon. I just received my International delight Hazelnut coffee creamers. I am extremely happy, not a single pod was leaking, it even came with sealed air plastic to protect from leaks. I was hesitant to order again because the first couple of boxes i had ordered were one big mess😍

Sticky mess
I’ve ordered this brand a few times from different sellers and the always come a sticky mess. I usually have to wash the packets before we can use them at work. I’ve ordered other brands and don’t have the same problem. As far as flavor, value and size it’s always good and what you expect. They just need to figure out how to keep packets from opening and making everything so sticky.

The flavor is great, unfortunately approx 10 cups were damaged and empty.
I love hazelnut flavored creamer. 192 count is pretty good value but there were too many damaged and empty cups which changes the value. I love the convenience of delivery.

This individual serving cups are just right. Sometimes the flavoring in other creamers is overpowering. I have had other brands of portion cups and a few in the shipment arrived leaking or empty. Not so with this order.

IDENTICAL TO CREAMERS BOUGHT AT THE STORE! Also, where we shop the Hazelnut flavor is often either sold out or back ordered. This will end that frustration~We don’t drink a lot of coffee, but we still like to visit our local coffee shop a few times a week.I fill a large plastic container or zip bag with a bunch of these and keep them in our car.The travel really well and are a treat to have, especially when flavored creams aren’t offered.Will buy them again using this method!

Makes any cup of coffee taste wonderful!
I usually use 1/2 of a pod in my coffee and store the rest in the fridge for the next day. I wish they made smaller 1/2 sizes. I love the flavor that it adds to my coffee! It even makes a bad cup of coffee taste good.I’m not particularly fond of hazelnuts as a nut but the flavor in the creamer is divine. I ordered this because our local superstore no longer carries it. The order never arrived, meanwhile I got use to a dry powder form of hazelnut creamer which has a longer shelf life and is easier to use.

Careful…
5 broken packets make a bit of a mess, getting tired of checking each one and washing others. This stuff is sticky and I’ll do large squirt next time, love the taste but man they need to do something about shipping. This one came from sams club, unless they are recycling Bowes, fine by me!
