Really happy with this coffee maker!
I am super happy with this purchase. I had previously bought one from another company and it was much harder to use and it stopped working within a few weeks. This one is just great! I love the fact that one can use one’s own coffee or a Kpod. There is a separate water compartment where one can easily see water level indicators and it is easy to press down on the pod and start the brew, which is almost instantaneous. It even has a de-scaling reminder built in when that becomes necessary. You can’t go wrong with this purchase!

Convenient

Hold it. I threw out the insert. My fault entirely. Woeks great and I am happy with the product!
I liked it a first, but then it failed and I don’t see how it can be fixed. The pod now appears to sit too low in the well and the top part of the coffee makey does not pierce the pod. This leads to an overflow problem. Hot water was pouring out of the top spilling over what might be electrical part of the brewer. Looking into the well I can’t see why the pod would fall in too deep to be pierced. It worked fine and then it failed.**UPDATE** There is an insert that goes into the kcup receptacle. I threw this insert out when I discarded the spent kcup. By chance I saw a picture of the product and it shows this insert. I retrieved this insert and the coffee maker works fine. Just be careful not to discard this insert when you discard the kcup.

Good Alternative to Big Brand Maker
I bought this for my father to replace his 12 cup maker when his doctor said he needed to stop drinking so much coffee. After a month of once-a-day use, we both really like it. It’s easy to use and easy to clean. I especially like the window with marks that allows you to see exactly how much water you’re putting into the tank. (Tip: we also bought a Brita water pitcher to keep alongside the coffee maker, since our tap water is not the best. It’s really handy.)The only thing I don’t like is that the coffee maker does drip and ‘spit’ out coffee sometimes after the cycle is complete and the mug has been removed. This is especially true if the maker is moved or even bumped for several minutes afterward. Annoying, but definitely not a deal breaker. I still highly recommend this convenient little coffee maker.

Great cup of coffee!
I purchased this coffee pot to use in my 5th wheel. I really wanted something with a small footprint and this is definitely small! I was using a friend’s single serve keurig and I couldn’t believe how long it took just to brew a single cup! Almost long enough to shower while waiting. Well, not this little coffee maker! You add the water (super easy to see the level also), drop in the k cup and you better have your mug under there because it wastes no time giving you that hot cup of wake up!Other folks have mentioned some residual dripping after the brew cycle and I too experienced this. I don’t care about it though. I always fold up a little piece of paper towel to rest my coffee spoon on. So now, I just put it where the 5 or 6 drips land. No biggie. I don’t even consider that as a con.What I do consider as a con is that normally I make/fill my own kcups the night before. Even though this comes with a reusable one, it’s a very odd size and I want 3 more. I called Famisworth using the number they provided. Apparently, it’s not a working number. I emailed them. And then waited. And waited. And waited. Weeks! They finally responded with the information I was looking for. Yay! Not! It was a link to purchase extras except they were not available and no date of availability. I’ve checked on it every few weeks and nothing has changed. Still unable to have more than the one it came with. I know most people use prepackaged kcups so it doesn’t even matter to you. But, for those of us looking to save a few bucks (for me, each cup costs about 9 cents compared to 65 cents for prepackaged ones), you might consider that a con. It’s truly my only gripe.All in all, I love this little brewer!

The perfect size, the perfect cup
My old coffee pot died and I was desperate need of a new one. I’m not very impressed by the pods because I get tired of having to empty other people’s ’leftovers’. It’s not hot people, empty your pod when you’re done! However, after seeing some of the flavors of coffees, teas, hot chocolate, and even cider, how could I not become excited. Then when I saw I can get a dual function pot why not.It fits perfectly in my coffee station I’ve set up at home. Now I can continue to use the rest of my ground coffees try some pods as well.The coffee is made quickly and the pots shuts itself off. The coffee/beverage is good and hot.I love that there’s a window on the outside to see the water level.I love that the power button is on the top making very easy to reach.It is very light weight if I needed to move it around.The only con is that there is no hot plate to keep the brewed drink hot. If you get caught up and don’t have the coffee right then, you have to reheat it or brew another cup.The only other con, remove the pod before you remove the cup. If not the last few drops will drip down on the plate. It’s easy enough to wipe away so not a big deal.I haven’t had to to descale yet so I can’t speak on cleaning.I definitely would recommend and gift this product.

Simple & sweet!
This little machine is a powerhouse…I wish that I had this to replace the numerous Keurig units that have quit working over the years. It’s so simple to use and I love how the insert that is used for a K-cup can be removed to more thoroughly clean the needles that pierce the cup. Though I haven’t used the insert for regular coffee yet, I love that I have it as an option when I need it. There were various reviews that made me skeptical at first i.e. that the top blew off and splattered coffee everywhere, but I am so happy that I took a chance as I think that those situations are most likely rare. I tell anyone who will listen to quit spending money on the Keurig brand and take a chance on this little dynamo.

Great inexpensive one cup coffee maker
Number One – read the directions! After that this coffee maker works flawlessly. I have used mine with k-cups for about two months. I normally only drink one or two cups a day. If you follow the directions and place the k-cup adapter (supplied) in it’s correct position the machine makes a cup of coffee in about two minutes, good and hot! One thing I don’t like is with a regular 8-10 oz cup the coffee does splash some because of the distance from the outlet down to the cup. I solved this by cutting a piece of wood the size of the cup bottom x 1 1/2 inches thick to set the cup on. Works great, no splashing. I love the coffee maker!

Brews fast quiet and hot
I purchased this Famiworth coffee maker to replace my single cup Keurig coffee maker that I had for about a year which was very noisy and took several minutes just to brew a single cup of coffee and to add insult to injury the coffee was at best a little warmer than room temperature for the most time and only rarely got hot and at times would shut off/stop halfway during the brewing operation making it unreliable. First of all I received the Famiworth coffee machine two days earlier than the ETA well packaged in excellent condition, this machine is compact in size in which it saves some more space on the counter than the other coffee maker. I followed the instructions for the first time use procedure ……. I was absolutely astonished and so very surprised as to how fast and quiet it brewed/heated the water approximately 1 minute and so hot that even my coffee mug also was/got hot, For an instant I almost thought that it had a cup warmer plate but it did not cause that’s how hot the water got to make the brew …. WOW EXCELLENT !!!! Highly recommend this coffee machine

Easy to Use Coffee Maker
We don’t drink coffee, so we wanted a machine that uses pods for our company. We rarely need more than a cup or two. I like that this takes up very little space in the pantry and that it provides an option to use a pod or fill a little container with your own coffee grounds. The second option is, obviously, more eco-friendly. The only drawback on this machine is that it has no carafe, so pouring water into the reservoir is a little messy. I typically fill the coffee cup with water and empty it into the machine. This tends to result in some spilled water. More recently, I’ve started using my liquid measuring cup to fill the reservoir because it has a spout. Guest feedback has been very positive about this little coffee maker, and I would buy it again.

Great for traveling
Me and the wife purchased this because we like to travel most rooms we stay in do you not have a K cup machine and we enjoy K cup coffee I had it in our home so when we travel, this is a one cup machine of course a regular cake up if you had to buy an expensive version of it by Keurig that too, it is a K cup one cup only difference is the water storage on the smaller one is equivalent to one cup We enjoy it it’s easy to carry it works. The water is hot and if you don’t mind putting one cup in at a time and it’s a great travel companion.

Excellent mini coffee maker
I bought this for our kitchen because of its size (we have verrry limited space), and price point. I own a Nespresso machine and I have owned multiple Keurigs over the years, and in almost every single way this is just as good. You add as much water as you like, pop in your pod, and turn the machine on.Now, does it have all the bells and whistles of other machines? No, but it also doesn’t have the price tag of those other machines! Also, it is so perfectly small and that might be its best feature. In fact, my husband nabbed it and it now lives on his desk at his office…that’s how unobtrusive it is.If I had any criticism, it would be flavor related. I tried a certain coffee pod on vacation using a Keurig, and it doesn’t seem to taste as good when I make it on this machine. However, I played around with the water levels and figured out how much is needed to make it how I like it, so problem solved. Frankly, at least for me, that’s a very small price to pay for the convenience and price of the machine.So, ultimately, I would absolutely recommend this machine to anyone.

Great little coffe maker!
I love this little coffee maker. I recently relocated to a new smaller apartment. I have very little counter space. This coffee maker is perfect for my kitchen. It takes up very little space. The coffee also tastes delicious. It’s very easy to clean. I like the various brew cup sizes that can be brewed and the reusable pod filter saves money form not having to buy one use k-cups. I highly recommend this coffee maker if you are looking for a small compact efficient coffee maker!

Great little k-pod brewer that is a perfect take-with when traveling
We bought this little brewer primarily because of its small size and other buyers’ reviews. The brewer turned out to be perfect for our purpose. It’s much smaller to pack than the single-cup Keurig brewer we were traveling with and it makes good coffee. Some reviewers complained of after-brewing dripping, but we just placed and empty cup under pod, which is exactly what we do with our Keurig.

Small and convenient!
I love my mini coffee maker! I use it at work, it’s extremely convenient to use. Just pour the water, drop your pod in and push the button. Coffee in less than a minute. When I don’t feel like having coffee I just heat up my water and make a quick cup of tea. Yes!! I love it. I’ve had it a few months now and it works perfectly. I highly recommend.

Customer service is out of this world
I had a problem with it making coffee so hot it warped the front left lid. I ordered it because it had really high reviews. Customer service responded extremely fast, in about one hour after emailing, them. I emailed them back the next day.30min after the email they s and me a replacement. I have never experienced customer service this amazing it’s unbelievable. Any company that backs up their warranty like this deserves my business.

Smaller than expected
I didn’t realize how small this coffee maker was. I guess the “mini” didn’t register. I bought it to replace one that I have which can fit a travel mug underneath. This one cannot fit a travel mug, only a regular coffee cup.

Small footprint, big taste.
I love this product for making my morning coffee, The only issue I have is that my plastic reusable generic K-Cups will not work in this because I cannot get the top to close down and seal in order to use reusable K-Cups. Although it does come with a reusable K-Cup it is a very deep pod so it makes it difficult to use the paper filters. A remedied this by cutting off the top of my reusable pods and now they fit with their paper down inside the reusable pod that comes with this unit, so now I can use it and everything works great.

It’s my favorite kitchen item :*)
I did search and compare a long time for a single serve with the option of K-cup or using my own favorite grounds. I did buy two other brands (and returned) before I purchased this one and am so happy I found it. It is compact and clean looking. It is a quick, hot delightful cup of coffee each time. I’m happy to use the k-cups when I’m in the mood or in a hurry and I love my own special blends that I grind from a few brands. I do splurge and buy tiny filters for when I use my own blend and it makes clean up extra easy. It’s everything I wanted. Price was not my decision maker; I needed fast and hot single serve, although it is an excellent price point. It honestly makes me excited to get out of bed…..no waiting :*)

Makes Best Coffee
We had a Faberware single coffee maker that broke within 6 month after getting for my husband’s birthday. It made ok coffee and was more messy. The back lid was not attached and would fall off all the time. With this coffee maker, it makes the best coffee we have made with any past coffee maker, it’s easy to clean and the back lid stays attached when pouring water into it. We love this coffee maker and would recommend buying it. It also makes good tea with the whole leaves.

Perfect, small, dual function coffee machine
I bought this coffee machine for when I had guests as I don’t drink coffee personally. I like the dual functionality of this coffee pot because it could use K-Cups or traditional ground coffee. My grandmother for example refuses to drink coffee made with a k-cup. When I moved I gave this coffee pot to a friend and they have found it works perfect in their small apartment. It replaced a much larger Keurig K-Cup machine. All I know is a great and inexpensive single cup coffee machine.

This little coffee maker is just what I’ve been looking for. It comes with a reusable k-cup that you fill with your own coffee, or you can use pre filled, disposable k-cups. You can use any size mug with the unit, as long as your mug sits securely in the designated brew area. The strength of the coffee is determined by how much water you add to the unit. Be sure to measure the water in your cup first, then pour the water in the unit.

Forget the overpriced Keurig. This is it. Works very fast, lightweight, convenient, and easy to clean/use. Love it. Well worth the price compared to Keurig.I bought this coffee maker because I thought it was going to be perfect for my office, and it is!! It works, question is how long
Bought a similar inexpensive multi-brewing pot that lasted a year without any attention to “descaling” instructions, and it failed after a year. My fault. Will make note on next year’s calendar to do descaling using vinegar rather than “descaling solution” and see if that works. Read the instrucitons on this and all coffee pots regarding descaling to get best use of your machine.And pay attention when ordering to be sure the pot processes coffee according to your preferred brewing method: pods, loose coffee in a “basket” or both. Not all machines do both.

Great Coffee Maker
I purchased this coffee maker with the intention of using it for camping. After doing the initial setup I tested it and was impressed with how well it worked, so much so as I have been using it exclusively for my home. It is simple in design but creates a great cup of coffee. Included is a filter where you can add your own coffee, this is a huge plus. I can’t wait to take it on a camping trip and have fresh hot coffee.

Great coffee machine but these two problems give it a 4/5
I do like that this is a coffee maker for one single person and if you want regular coffee you can have some but if you want a Keurig you can put it in there too. One comes with a permanent coffee filter and the other one is where you put the Keurig in to make your Keurig in! On the downside, when I put the coffee filter out after making a cup of coffee with it I take it out and it will spill on the coffee plate and so I will constantly have to wash it. I wish they had buttons to choose if you want a 6 oz, an 8 oz or even a 12 oz but you just fill it up to whatever one you want! Otherwise I’m glad that I bought it!

I’ve been using this coffee maker for a couple of months, easy to figure out and it does a great job of making one cup at a time. I thought I would miss my Keurig but I don’t and so far I haven’t gotten tired of adding water each time. It’s nice because it has an insert for fresh coffee and one for k-cups. I think it’s a tad over priced but I used a coupon so it helped.

Great little coffeemaker!
This coffee make is exactly what I was looking for! It fits perfectly on my mini fridge and is very easy to use. I use it to make tea and hot cocoa and it is perfect every time. Always nice and hot!

My husband is a truck driver. So we bought one and put it in his truck. We loved it so much that we bought 2 more for our house! 1 for our tea, and 1for our coffee.

Convenience
I bought this for my 89 yr old sister. She loves it! She’s been making a whole pot of coffee and only drinking a cup or two. Now she makes tea, hot chocolate, cappuccino etc.
